Our Building Surveyors also provide a range of other high value professional services ranging from acquisition surveys through to Party Wall Act advice and advice on dilapidation liabilities on all types of buildings.

Our Architectural and Planning Teams provide services to clients in all sectors. We are able to undertake significant commissions in high profile fast track fit-out projects, housing and regeneration, town centre schemes for affordable housing providers, major estate regeneration and new private sector housing for major developers.

Our teams offer extensive experience in all sectors and work closely with our Surveyors and Town Planners to deliver a multi-disciplinary approach to procurement, by traditional, design and build or partnering routes.

As a fully qualified Interiors Team, we are able to offer a total turnkey service from commercial refurbishments to residential conversions. Specialist skills include brand identify and rollout, interior and architectural refurbishment, project management, space planning and furniture specification and design.

Identifying key client requirements is the main focus of the Interiors Team, who are experienced with understanding budget limitations whilst maintaining a high level of quality design. Our compliance service supports building owners and managers to meet statutory building related requirements. We provide strategic and tailored advice to ensure that buildings under our client's control are legal and safe.

This service is fully customised to suit the client's needs and can vary between annual compliance audits or health checks to the production of policy documents, full compliance management systems and procurement of specialist service contracts.

Our extensive menu of building compliance services includes compliance audits, gap analysis, health checks, monthly legislative compliance alerts, 'on call' system advice, drafting policies, creating management procedures/systems and staff training. Our expertise ranges from emergency lighting to fire risk assessments to lifting equipment.
